Kris McPeak's blend of accountability, compassion, and respect allow those she works with to open up about what is troubling them in their workplace and to get to the root of their own challenges. The group dynamic is helpful as it allows one to hear others unique perspectives, assist and be assisted by the team, and is really a fun lab in which to network and practice techniques to help one overcome their challenges. For me, the M3 Mastermind experience was rewarding, thoughtful, and fun.

Participating in the M3 Mastermind with Kris was awesome! She is full of knowledge and resources, and shares so much with her participants. I looked forward to getting to chat with the group each week and receive encouragement and input in return.
During my three months in the program, I focused on and articulated my strengths, updated my resume, and completed two job interviews. It was nice to have a group to check in with weekly to talk about the work stuff that nobody else wants to hear :).
Some of the homework pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and looking back I can see how I've grown from it in that short time.
I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking for a starting point to grow professionally- whether you feel stuck in your current position and want to shake things up, or you are looking to change paths, there is something here for you.
