Stronger Teams. Better Results.

Hi there—I’m Kris McPeak. I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, higher education leader, and unapologetic pop culture enthusiast who believes that how we work, lead, and communicate should feel just as engaging as the stories we binge.

If you’ve ever wondered why some teams thrive while others quietly burn out…or why certain leaders inspire loyalty while others create chaos…you’re in the right place.

My Story (Because every great brand has an origin story)

I’ve spent over 30 years in higher education, leading programs, building communities, and managing millions of dollars in scholarship and foundation initiatives. At my core, I’ve always been drawn to one thing:

Helping people do their best work—and actually enjoy it.

But here’s what I started to notice…

Even the most talented teams struggle when:

  • Strengths are misunderstood or ignored

  • Communication styles clash

  • High performers are overused (and eventually burned out)

That realization led me to Gallup—and everything clicked.

The Shift: Why Strengths?

Becoming a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach changed how I see leadership, teamwork, and even my own career.

Because the truth is:

👉 Most people don’t fail because they lack talent
👉 They struggle because they’re not using the right talent in the right way

Now, I help individuals and teams:

  • Understand what they naturally do best

  • Communicate more effectively across differences

  • Build stronger, more aligned, and more energized workplaces

This isn’t theory for me—it’s the work I do every day inside a college foundation, leading teams, managing strategy, and navigating real-world challenges.

What I Do

I specialize in strengthening the human side of organizations—especially in higher education and mission-driven spaces.

Through coaching, workshops, and content, I help:

✨ Leaders communicate with clarity and confidence
✨ Teams reduce friction and increase trust
✨ High performers avoid burnout and stay engaged
✨ Organizations turn strengths into measurable results

Where Pop Culture Comes In (Because you knew it would 😄)

Here’s my secret sauce:

I don’t believe learning has to be boring.

I use movies, TV shows, music, and cultural moments to make complex ideas about leadership and human behavior click instantly.

Because sometimes explaining team dynamics through Succession or Billions just hits harder than a corporate slide deck.
